A deposit is required to secure your reservation. We will send you an invoice for your reservation. Please note the invoice number when you make you payment below. Thanks.
We request payment in full for reservations during peak seasons (December, January, February, March, April, June, July and August) and when your stay is less than 30 days away.
Your payment is credited towards your final bill.
Cancellations greater than 45 days before dates of stay will receive a refund less a 20% processing fee. Cancellations 45 days or less will not receive a refund.
Rates subject to change until paid in full. There is 13% VAT that is added to your bill.
No refunds for cancellations due to ‘Force Majeure’. (events or circumstances beyond our control, such as but not limited to terrorism/war or natural or biological disasters)
We recommend travel insurance in the event an unexpected circumstance comes up that interrupts your travel plans.
General Cancellation policy for workshops/retreats
Cancellations greater than 90 days before dates of stay will receive a refund less a 20% processing fee. Cancellations 90 days or less will not receive a refund. A 50% deposit is required to secure your place in workshops/retreats unless a special payment arrangement have been made. Payment in full is required 90 days before the event. Some workshops may have their own policy.
Travel insurance is required to attend all workshops. Travel insurance should cover changes in plans and emergency medical care and evacuation.
