2). Click the appropriate button and the system will take you to our secure site to make the payment. You can use any credit card  that allows international transactions

3). Please let us know when you have made the payment and we will send you the confirmation email

4). If we have created a customized package for you, we will generate and send you a customized button link by email.

All payments are credited to your final bill at the end of your stay.

Nightly rates include our delicious breakfast.

13% tourist tax has been added to the nightly rates listed below.

The Hummingbird and Heliconia rates are based on 4 people per room additional people are $20/night plus tax extra. All other options rates are based on 2 people per room and additional people are $20/night plus tax extra. This extra charge will be on your final bill at check out.

We take all credit cards, cash or PayPal. Please plan to pay tips in cash.

A payment is required to secure your reservation. We may ask for payment in full for reservations during peak seasons (December, January, February, March, April, June, July and August) and when your stay is less than 30 days away.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations greater than 45 days before dates of stay will receive a refund less a 20% processing fee. Cancellations 45 days or less will not receive a refund.

Rates subject to change until paid in full.

No refunds for cancellations due to ‘Force Majeure’. (events or circumstances beyond our control, such as but not limited to terrorism/war or natural or biological disasters)

We recommend travel insurance in the event an unexpected circumstance comes up that interrupts your travel plans.

General Cancellation policy for workshops/retreats

Some workshops will have their own policy. Cancellations greater than 90 days before dates of stay will receive a refund less a 20% processing fee. Cancellations 90 days or less will not receive a refund.  A 50% deposit is required to secure your place in workshops/retreats unless a special payment arrangement have been made. Payment in full is required 90 days before the event.

Travel insurance is required to attend all workshops. Travel insurance should cover changes in plans and emergency medical care and evacuation.
